Future Nomads featured twelve artists holding letters spelling out "FUTURE NOMADS" in front of a live webcam.

This webcam was mounted on a crane, providing an overview of the developing area of Europaallee where the artists' studios were situated.

The performance lasted for several minutes and was captured through a photograph taken by the webcam itself.

​The work reflected on gentrification and its consequences and highlighted the increasingly nomadic existence of the contemporary artist.

​Future Nomads was created during a one-month residency at the Kunsthaus Aussersihl, Zurich.
