Opening Night Audience (2004-2006), performances (2h)
Como, Italy; Milan, Italy; Skopje, Macedonia
Opening Night Audience (ONA) was a series of performances that took place in several galleries during the opening night of an exhibition.
Using various methods of documentation, each performance transformed the opening night audience from mere spectators to unsuspected participants and raised questions about their identity, motivation, and behaviour.
The abbreviation “ONA” means “her” in Macedonian, referring to both the artist and her audience.
